Madworld krijgt datum
Vorig jaar maakte SEGA bekend dat ze zouden samenwerken met Platinium Games. Eén van de eerste vruchten van deze samenwerking is Madworld, dat exclusief op de Nintendo Wii verschijnt. Kenmerkend is de ultra geweldadige gameplay (maar met een knipoog) en de nogal aparte grafische stijl.
Vandaag liet SEGA weten dat Madworld op 20 maart in de Europese winkelrekken zal liggen. Producer Atsushi Inaba is overtuigd dat op de Wii ook ruimte is voor meer volwassen games:
“The Wii is the most popular console in the world but there are not many games tailored to adult gamers, so we thought we’d be able to give this audience something the console has been missing,” he told MCV. “Plus the Wii has allowed us to create a fantastic control system which is great fun to use.
“The first main concept was to make a fun game. We wanted to make a game with impact, action and entertainment and also a game that is very different from the existing games on the console.”
Dat is al aardig snel gelukkig nog een maandje en dan kassa.
Zekers te weten .. die soundtrack wil ik ook wel bemachtigen want die is behoorlijk bruut.
